Dire. Volunteered briefly for them. Would not recommend unless you're desperate. For voluntary activity, I would say go outwith anything connected with welfare, and think for yourself. Sat in a corner with a laptop, no explanation for where Company files kept on it (you're supposed to read minds it seems) - then informed I had got off to a ocky\ start. I immediately switched volunteering job - thankfully, a remarkable difference. Positive feedback, support, new skills, up-to-date CV thanks to this, and fantastic new things to say at my interviews. I often think anything to do with welfare, or the welfare \industry\ struggles at best - and they never can cope with negative feedback.
