I had a great experience at Piazza Acura! I love my 2021 RDX. The process was stress free and pleasant. Emily was very thorough and knowledgeable. She walked me through the whole car and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left.

I love my new Acura TLX! Thank you to the team at Piazza that worked with me to get the right car fit! No b.s. great service and not pushy in the least! Ask for Kevin, he walked me through the whole process and made it effortless. Robert the Sales Manager got me in the right car at the right price that I feel comfortable with! Rob was great and available with good information. They were all friendly and there was no pressure. We were able to get the additional work done there also adding running boards and a hitch. They were efficient getting the paperwork done. They had to delay getting the hitch put on but they came picked up the car and then dropped it off again giving us a loaner.Would work with them again. The price was right as well.

Been leasing cars for 30 years. Never experienced such poor salesmanship. Negotiated the price (painful as it was) aside, the attitude that they were doing me a favor was extreme. Limited to no knowledge of the vehicle. Never a thank you or congratulations. After purchase I sent a few email question to sales. No response. We have had the car about 2 weeks. No follow up no email no call. I did work with parts and service. Both very helpful and professional.
