Not fished in 20 years. Ticket for half day was 15 which is a great price. Staff in cafe where you buy ticket were very nice. Went fishing with an experienced friend we managed to catch 1 fish spinning and 3 using weight and bait. We lost 4 too. 2 due to my inexperience at reeling them in and 2 line breaks. Can't wait to go back.

Good fishery , always get at least one , was there last week it was cold and bright and I still got one , nice staff always helpfull

Well stocked fishery. Excellent fighting fish which can be caught on both bait and the fly. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great cafe/restaurant on sight catering fisherman, walkers and visitors. Area also has some good walks including the Greenock and Kelly Cut

Finding this place open on a dreich late October afternoon, during Covid, is a real treat. Love this place.
