Really efficient service from the vet there today, still social distancing die to covid so was all contact free. vet met us in the car park, took my dog in, brought him back out and then brought our some umbrellas so we could have a quick chat about him! Really good service in difficult times and sorted my doggy out too. Am very pleased with the service there as was not my usual vet, but will be from now on. 5*
They take pet care seriously and are a really friendly bunch of people. Best vet surgery I've ever had. Gotta wait outside because of social distancing guidelines but their service is fantastic none the less
Most amazing and wonderful team of kind compassionate and caring people, led by the Cathy who's professionalism is simply OUTSTANDING!! Cathy is kind, compassionate, caring and incredibly committed/dedicated to giving your pet the best possible treatment. Arden house work tirelessly and do everything they possibly can to help your pets recover from injury and illness in the quickest and most effective way. They communicate well with you as as owner and keep you updated of any developments should your pet have to stay with them, their genuine Number 1 priority is the welfare of your pet. Words really can not describe and speak highly enough of them, it's an outstanding vetinary practice that I would highly recommend Arden House to anyone because of incredible service and care they provide.
