We decided to go with Artic spas as we wanted to go with a good company that was local to us, when we visited the store they were so helpful, Roland has been excellent from the start. Nothing has been a bit of trouble for him He has been on the end of the phone many times when we have had question's and has spent as long as it takes so we were reassured about everything. The spa is beyond expectation and customer service has been outstanding

Travelled 3 Hours to make a delivery then told to get out of the warehouse when I enquired about a toilet . Thanks for the hospitality me being a key worker and all that.
A great experience all round, we would thoroughly recommend this company
