Shocking repair job.. See photos
My insurance made me go here after an accident last year. Had my car repaired and have since been for its first Mot. Turns out Archbold installed the wrong lamp in my headlight meaning my car failed it's MOT. Not only was it not genuine but it was facing the wrong way for a European car. Although they have since replaced it!, I didn't once get an apology from the garage and I found the people there to have a bad attitude. I am also pretty certain they used my car for some delivery or something as mileage was up and petrol went down significantly. When I called I found the response to be dismissive and rude. Absolutely disgusting that they fobbed me off with a dodgy part and haven't even bothered to apologise for the inconvenience it has caused me this past week. I had a really busy work week and could have done without all this hassle.
