Great location down by the harbour side, quiet and peaceful away from the road. Quirky waterfront, well worth a visit. We were on the Viking trail bike ride and this was a great spot to stop for a coffee. Loved this place further along the quay......

Yes, I would definitely recommend this place. The cheese board was excellent. Enough for two. On the side of the harbour. Who needs to go to Honfleur.

Absolutely appalling bar with non-existent customer service. A food menu was placed on our table for us only to be told that food was no longer being served. We were then offered a cocktail menu to be told after we ordered that they weren’t making cocktails (funnily enough, when everyone around us was clearly drinking one). They essentially refused to serve us leaving us with no choice but to leave. Safe to say we will never go back there again and recommend you avoid this place at all costs. 1 star is generous given this atrocious experience.

After a sunny walk along the coast, my partner and I fancied a small bite to eat. We saw a sign for paninis and decided to pop in. For one mushroom and cheese panini, and one chicken, bacon and cheese it was over 12. After taking a while to come out, the food was not worth the wait nor the cost. Not sure if the photo shows it clearly but the chicken was tough and dry, and not reflective of simple good food. We prefer to try independent businesses but sad to say I think even a whetherspoons might have been a better option. Maybe this was not the regular kitchen staff but we will try somewhere else next time.

Never eat there again!!! There was only 2 staff of but the lad was rude not once but twice. Then we saw the girl walk into the kitchen with her fingers in her mouth and started touch food with her unwashed hands, food was being touch with bare hands after working the bar, and also food being left out to go work the bar then go back to finish again with no washing of hands. The food in total took 2 hours to come in dribs and drabs, but we wanted it to come in one go, and dispite asking for our food 3 times, it took one of our friends to go and talk to (who we presumed was the owner) the man sitting near the door to ask where our food was. Reasonable prices but the food that we could have so easily have prepared at home from Tesco was awful. We left some of the cheese cos it was moldy, and the rest of it....well.....let's say, we will never eat there again and will never recommend it. We asked for house red and got a 24 bottle of wine. If I'd have known 100 was going to be the bill, I wouldn't have eaten there but we didn't pay that cos the 'eat out help out' for covid applied, most certainly would asked for a part refund. We have left hungry!!!
