This place is in a great location but I'm not sure if it's covid and the loss of money over the last year or the management of the hotel, but this place needs some TLC. The staff are also very nice but having one person handling check out and breakfast service is not a good idea. Waiting 20 min to checkout or get seated is not ideal. And having wallpaper falling off the walls and dust rooms is really unhygienic, but the bathroom was spotless. Again all these issues seem like financial and management problems and staff are working the best they can with what they have.

Good location, affordable, not far from Weeze airport. For the price can't fault it but it does look a bit old.
Very nice and cozy hotel. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
Very friendly service, made our baby feel comfortable. Dinner was served not quick (half an hour, regular time), but was delicious and well arranged. Reasonable prices. Would recommend to others and come back myself!
Great food. But yet again the rooms are tired. Stayed at two Fletcher hotels. Public areas are fine. Bathroom in one was worn out. Bedroom windows were in a terrible state in the other. Shame.
Old school hotel. Average breakfast and no dogs allowed at all. Sone noise from the road next to the hotel.
The worst hotel ever. Dirty, smelly dark room without any standard. This place in my opinion isn't suitable for people. Very easy to catch some disease because of bed bugs . Arrogant service. If you wont to be flustered, unsatisfied and treated like a punk, lose your money and health... Up to you. I wish that this place will be closed soon after several inspections which should be sensed there directly. It's shame for Nederlands tourists organizations, that this place is called "hotel" and steel have **** (4 stars). If I need to describe this place in one word, it'll be : nightmare
They have deals once in awhile which make it even better value then normal.. The restaurant is amazing for the price.. In short.. Loved my stay here, will definitely recommend.
