I had an appointment to do labs here. Once there, you check your own self in using one of the 3 kiosks they have set up. It's very easy to follow the instructions. There were about 6 people already there when I arrived recently for my appt. I noticed they were all senior citizens. Despite arriving later than they did, I was called in before them for my lab work so I imagine they didn't have appts. My appt. was at 1:45 PM but I wasn't called until 2 so I don't understand why they had a delay like that. I noticed no one seemed to be coming out from their lab work but they seem to call 2-3 ppl at a time and put them each in a cubicle, then work on one at a time. The lab tech. had a hard time finding my veins and the experience was quite painful for me, quite frankly. I was out of there by 2:15 PM. By that time, others that had less blood drawn had finished up before me. I just wish I'd had a better phlebotomist that hit the vein on the first try. Would have made the experience a lot faster and less painful. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment ahead of time. Otherwise, you'll waste a lot of your time here. Here's the part for the ADA folks: elevators to go up to the third floor, plenty of room inside, but front door is difficult to open unless you have help since it's a standard office door handle. The cubicles are a little small for a wheelchair or other mobility aid. Plenty of disabled persons' parking spaces. Hope this review helps.

I went to do blood work mid January, and this is mid February and seems like they lost my lab work. I am so disappointed, feeling pain and discomfort still waiting.
Receptionist has a bad attitude, refuses to allow care givers to stay with their patients in the waiting room. Then have to wait over an hour AFTER being texted to have bloosd drawn. Totally inefficient office. Majorly short staffed. Only one person drawing labs.
No one in the waiting room on Saturday, they denied to take the blood test without appointment, no matter how much I beg it. Very inflexible personnel/office
New check-in is ok, however anyone near can see your information. So much for privacy. Elderly folks and those not adept at dealing with electronic equipment. To top it off those that assist have an attitude.
