Clean and organized. Quick and friendly. Prices are very good. Pre-ordered a birthday cake. I will see if their cakes are any good and if service will still be good and friendly
It was a decent bakery, but I don't see much improvement and speciality from this store.
strawberry creme brulee cake... love this bakery! their cakes aren't excessively sweet for my taste. nice and light
I tried ordering a birthday cake from here and they first hung up on me when I tried to order in English. I called back to order in Mandarin and they took my order. The woman taking the order was very rushed in taking my order and I wasn't certain that she could remember or write down anything because of the speed of which she was taking the order. Sure enough, when I went to the bakery to get the cake, they claimed no such order existed and treated my brother, who was picking up, very rudely despite the fact that they were at fault! They hastily picked a reserve cake instead and neglected to write anything on the cake, or pack a candle, or a cake knife. It wasn't a good experience. I'll be boycotting this place for the other bakeries like Kee Wah which is just around the corner.
