The arc has completely changed my life and has shown me that I can have a life worth living! They have made me believe in myself again and have given me tools to help me in recovery! I spent 12 weeks at arc and now I am 4 months clean and relocating to Portsmouth . Going to the arc is the best decision I’ve ever made . All the team at the arc are amazing , friendly and my time there has been one of the best experiences of my life !!!

Life changing in every way. Unique and progressive treatment programme, fantastic team and the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Let’s face it, all the other decisions I was making before I came to treatment weren’t working for me any more. I spent 12 weeks at The ARC and for the first time in a long time I am happy, I have purpose and direction. Recovery can be challenging at times but overall it’s an amazing gift. Eye opening, life changing treatment that equips you for life after substances. Staff are wonderful and treatment modules and group work educate and engage and allow you to face yourself and life with fresh eyes and hope and positivity. I cannot recommend ARC highly enough to anyone suffering addiction and ready to change and forge a real life.

I came to the arc having suffered from addiction for the past 20 years. The treatment provided was excellent with emphasis on building a life worth living and treating the disease of addiction as opposed to the symptom of drug and alcohol abuse. The staff were amazing without exception; knowledgeable, caring and passionate about what they do as they have all flourished having experienced addiction in their own lives. The greatest gift of my time at the arc has been the encouragement to develop a relationship with myself; something I was lacking prior to my treatment. It has also changed my perception on situations occurring in my life. I now see opportunities where previously I'd find only problems. It has empowered me to take responsibility for my life enabling me to choose my own future and for the first time in my adult life, I'm looking forward to it.

I would highly recommend ARC to anyone who is suffering with addiction and looking to get into recovery. The staff are fantastic and genuinely care about helping. The modules and facilitation are top class and delivered with great care. You only get back what you put in, and there's a lot to get out of it. I did 4 weeks and wish I could have stayed for longer. ARC has given me my best foot to put forward and make a meaningful life for myself, I can't thank them enough. (Now 14 months clean and going from strength to strength)
