Keep well away from this carwash. Bunch of criminals. To charge full price but provide a lower service (e.g. Wash 1 service charged but delivering a basic wash only), despite knowing you are not jet washing vehicles, and verbally not telling customers when the customer pays the full price... disgusting. You have no morals. Taking advantage of people during Covid times... just pure greed and unprofessional.

Well done good price. My car wasn't used for more then a year. Green stuff grow around it and interior smells bad. Guys there did good job in and out plus engine. Very happy good service and staff very nice too. Recommend I'll be back. Pictures before and after.

So disappointed after my visit today. They've been great for years and never had any problems when I've visited but the operator running the car wash today was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I acknowledge I made a mistake when getting my vehicle onto the ramp but there is a way to speak to your customers and shouting at them, creating a ruckus and claiming you've lost money because you had to stop your machine is definitely not one of them. When I spoke to the operator in question about why he was behaving this way when I've been visiting regularly for over 5 years now and won't be coming back he simply told me he doesn't want me to come back either. There is a way to speak to your customers and this definitely isn't it, I would understand if I was being difficult or an awkward customer but I've been visiting frequently for years and never had any trouble. Safe to say I won't be back, won't be recommending this place to anyone ever again and will be avoiding any other Arc sites too if this is how you deal with people.
Process is too quick. My car couldn't wash properly.
