Very impressed with the honesty of the company and the advice on upgrading our alarm system. The engineer was on time and his work was clean and tidy and he was able to answer all my questions and explain how the new system worked

We were recommended Arc alarms by a very good friend and were not disappointed, from the time Martin came to carry out the survey to Dean the installation engineer installing our new alarm system we were treated with the greatest respect. The politeness, professionalism, knowledge, understanding and workmanship of not only there product but taking in all our needs and questions nothing was too much trouble they made us feel at ease and explained how it all worked in easy lay mans terms. I am a furniture store owner based in Alcester ,my store is called Midfurn. I have had my intruder alarm at warehouse and also CCTV fitted at warehouse and now at the showroom The whole team at arc are extremely easy to deal with , very professional and very competitive on price. They only use top quality products, the CCTV is incredible with fabulous picture quality. Martin the owner looked after me with quoting and was very helpful and my most recent installation was by Alex and Dean very professional clean and tidy. All delivered on time. I will be replacing my intruder alarm at my showroom in the near future. I am also considering CCTV for home. I highly recommend any one needing an alarm or CCTV to use Arc Alarms as you will get super reliable service.
Thank you to the team at ARC, it's all been very professional. From Martin who came to quote and explain the options, Sandie in the office and the two guys who fitted the alarm and CCTV yesterday and explained the systems everyone has been professional, polite, on time, tidy etc. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for an alarm and/or CCTV.
