Best Arby's in town. Three for three on getting my order correct. Hot and fresh. Came during lunch rush and had a little bit of a wait, but got a free upgrade of my fries for my patience!

Standard Arby's experience, this location is directly off Interstate 64 at Blankenbaker so easy to get in and out of. The inside dining area is clean and comfortable. Service was good, the servers on the cashier line were pleasant and helpful and the food was prepared quickly. Food quality was on target with my beef n' cheddar sandwich being piled with a generous amount of meat, the fries were hot and fresh.
Best experience at an Arbys EVER! Food was packed in the bag properly, food was prepped properly (maybe too much roast beef and the beef and cheddar if thats such a thing?), and friendly service. Wish we could have came in to brag to the manager. Great job, guys!

This place was very clean and everyone was in code for the Corona virus. I only gave a 3 star due to I ordered the 2 for 6 Beef n Cheddar sandwiches for in-store. The service was quick, neither sandwich had the Cheddar cheese on them. When brought to the attention of I'm guessing a manager he seemed not to believe that the Cheddar was missing. Then he just gave me 2 side cups of cheese, I was a little puzzled that the sandwiches could be clearly seen with no sauce.
