Ambience: This place which is located in the middle of the historical part of Dubai resembles everything we miss in this modern life. A very simple and traditional interior which is complemented with a traditional cuisine. I have been to this place twice, once for lunch and once for breakfast and just loved it. It takes you away from the fast pace world and takes you back in time to a time when things were simpler and you didn’t have to worry about the calories or your next chore of the day ... Love the serenity this place awakens.... ️️️️️️️️️️ Food: Traditional food with a very traditional and cute presentation. The food is very tasty . I love the variety of dishes and the breakfast plate. The Karak is super good. ️️️️️️️️️️ Service: Service is really good . Staff are very energetic and helpful. The manager himself is very attentive and very welcoming. Also he has loads of information about the food and the history of the place which is very intriguing to listen to. ️️️️️️️️️️ Overall: I love this area of Dubai and visit very often and definitely recommend this place for both breakfast and lunch or dinner.

Wonderful authentic atmosphere and flavours. Enjoyed the Egyptian breakfast, especially the date syrup. Average AED60/person. Points for improvement: the doorway for the toilet is small and you can bump your head while exiting. It would be good to put foam or bright yellow tape to avoid injuries. I would have liked to see low fat and milk alternatives for the coffee. It was nice to provide a basket for handbags. Parking is not convenient unless you pay for valet.
I was charmed with this restaurant. The place is designed in very unique and adorable way, the service is very nice, quick and helpful. There was diverse variation of food in very good quality for reasonable price. In all aspects this restaurant is worth visiting \u003c3.
Amazing restaurant with a very cool ambience. Food was good, must try the dates cake and tea! Had to wait about 20 mins for the table but so worth it.
One of the best traditional restaurants in Dubai. Food is very good. Place is great with indoor & outdoor seating area. Staff is so friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable. Location is nice surrounded by many tourists attractions. It’s one of the must visit destinations in Dubai.
We loved this place which transports you back in time. The whole feel is one of an old village w the stone floor and palm leaves roof. The service is very good and attentive. The food was excellent, everything we ordered was delicious with good quality. Loved the lamb chops and the mutton biryanis. The bread coming out of the oven is warm and inviting. Nice experience, certainly to be repeated.
This is a must for all those visiting Dubai! Yes, it might be a bit touristic and yes it might be slightly on the high price side BUT it’s totally worth it. Staff is really nice, food is generous and really fresh and tasty. We had the Arabian breakfast and some bread with halloumi in it. For two people, just the Arabian breakfast is enough... we were stuffed when we left :) for drinks, I ordered an excellent Karak tea whilst my husband had a Moroccan mint (cold with ice) which was a bit too lemony but still quite nice after a few sugar sachets
Very very good cafe! Tasty food and big portions. I recommend!
