Best sushi in Strasbourg! Love the food here and its the only place I come when I want sushi. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Relatively small place but perfect for a little group of friends or date night. The pictures are the \california maki\ and \salmon avocado\ rolls on the wood platter, and \The Barcelona\ is the other one. The Barcelona is my favorite and is really delicious and a little different than a traditional roll but very very good! The California and Salmon rolls definitely have a little more rice on them than they should but it all tastes fresh which makes up for it. They have a very small beer selection but a decent variety of different wines. Overall I know this is the place I will keep getting my sushi from in Strasbourg!

The gyozas were extremely good. The miso soup was extremely good. The jasmine tea was delicious. The sushi rolls and nigri were very good. The salmon was almost buttery it was so delicious. The only complaint was that we sat at the bar at the window and the bar was incredibly sticky. We've been searching for a good sushi place in Strasbourg after living in Vancouver and I think we've found it.
We went to Aqua Edo because it had the best reviews in the area. The decor is cool, and the service is ok- but the quality of the sushi and sashimi is very poor. Maybe it's the best in the area... for the areas sake I hope not.
We managed to get the last table, even tho it was booked out already. Small restaurant. Nice food, quick and fine sushi, nothing too crazy but nice quality. Surely recommended!

Please dont go. The worst thing was the shoyo... how can it tastes bad? I didnt understand that... makis were destroyed, literally. And there were a lot lot of rice and little pieces of fish, not fesh. We were very disappointed. Makes me sad... and im used to go to \budget restaurants\...
Looks like a nice place to eat sushi.
