This was my first visit and I ordered the fried chicken. It was one of the best that I've had in the area and they give you so much food that you'll definitely have leftovers. It came with 4 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and one other side plus a soup, salad and dessert for 18.99

One of our long-standing family traditions when visiting the Smokies is to enjoy a meal here. The staff is very sweet and the atmosphere is nice and homey. They always start you off with some warm, delicious apple fritters with apple butter to share and the rest of their food is just as good. I've never been disappointed, no matter what I've tried. Most recently I had the pot roast and it was absolutely wonderful. It came with sides as part of the dish in addition to the two sides you can choose with entrees, not to mention the included dessert. So it, along with all their offerings from my personal experience, is extremely generous. I typically make 2-3 meals out of one and that's WITH my husband \helping\ me eat it. lol!
Visited Monday the 15th when we arrived in town for late lunch. Great customer service and outstanding lunch. Our server was over and above expectations. I'm tough, some call me Mr Fussy so take my comments seriously. Retail for nearly 50 years and I compliment you and the team job well done.
I came here for years growing up on vacation, and wanted to be sure to visit again after 15 years. Sadly, I think it was a better memory than the real thing. The food was just okay... we had pork chops, meatloaf, and country fried steak. Best thing was the fritters and jam. Bought some apple butter and fritter mix, but will definitely skip the restaurant should we return.
Our favorite place to stop before heading home! It’s a tradition in our family! The food is so good and it’s a farm to table atmosphere. The staff is always so nice. Gail was our server today so I would definitely recommend her! This is a must try if you are in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
