After being fed up with tasteless supermarket meat I went online and found this little butchers shop hidden down a track in the middle of an apple orchard. As it was half hour before closing for the weekend I was limited in choice but chose a loin of pork. I have to say it tasted fantastic. It reminded me of how pork tasted back in the 60s. It didn't shrink, crackling melted in the mouth and the flavour was out of this world. The whole family were impressed. I'm going back this week to try the beef.
