I was very impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I had a voucher from the Government's \fix your bike scheme\. The shop sorted my hub gear problem and serviced the bike with the whole cost covered by the voucher. I will be returning when it's time for a new bike.

Refused to let me purchase a bike as it was through the cycle to work scheme and they would have to pay commission. Very disappointing not to be told this when I first called. They are a part of the cycle to work scheme, they just won’t sell you certain bikes using it.
Great cycle shop. Staff very friendly and always willing to help and advise when needed. Super service always.
Just rung to ask about bike availability & I was “greeted” by the rudest woman I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!! She cut me off mid sentence, to ask how much was I looking to spend , when I said around 350 I was told “we are not the right shop for you” and she put the phone down!! What a disgusting attitude - you may think you have a monopoly now with people wanting bikes but you won’t for long with that attitude
