John was wonderful to deal with. Gave me a quote and was able to do the job the next day. This involved replacing and relocating a water heater. As you can see from the photos he did a great job. Very informative, explained everything, left site clean as a whistle. I would highly recommend Applause Plumbing for all your plumbing needs

I called his number I never left a message I got a call back almost immediately. My overflow and my tub had rotted out and all the piping needed to be replaced. He came out with a team member was courteous friendly felt like I was dealing with family. I believe he showed up around 6:00 p.m. left about 8:30 p.m. and was still headed to another call, you don't want to call anybody else. His number is now on my speed dial. I added a before and after.
John's work is fantastic. He is meticulous, clean & explains everything in detail. He immediately responds to calls or texts & I cannot recommend him highly enough.
