Great gym/lots of various machines and free weights. Being 48 and trained for 30 years always being natural i find this gym ok. Follow my advice/ and my journey to the ukdbfa British finals 2019 where i placed 3rd best in Britain. Instergram iansmith973.

Great equipment. Ladies changing roon needs improvement. Usually a great reception at the desk but at time personnel are absent. Loud raucous communication between reception and some trainers gives a poor impression.
Great gym with a lot of space and everything you need to fit your workout plan style. Wether that's bodybuilding weightlifting strongman fitness or boxing/ martial arts the gym is equipped with something for everyone. Cheap memberships and supplement deals friendly staff and good atmosphere. Check the website and get a free day pass to try the place out
