Terrible experience. Tom was definitely not professional when problems started. Avoided calls and even hung up on us on one occasion. A very stressful experience that should not have been. Would not recommend. Clare was a great help.

Tom and Claire always respond to calls and emails and always are very helpful. Good customer service is important when buying and selling and we have done both with apex.
