Just bought a house that was being sold via Apex and was very impressed with the service I was provided. A lady called Nadine was fantastic always keeping me updated with how things were progressing. She was very helpful when viewing the property and did not rush us in anyway. She was able to answer all our questions and anything she didn't know she found the answer to quickly. Would highly recommend.

We have used Apex many times for our property rentals, but more recent for a property portfolio sale. What can I say! I dealt directly with Martin Challenger who happens to be one of the directors of the firm, he offered us invaluable advice with our life long investment. Apex were instructed to try find a buyer for our portfolio, which they found within a matter of weeks. We dealt directly with the Aberdare and the Tonypandy branch and must say everyone was so helpful. We chose apex through a recommendation in the finance industry and boy did it pay off. I can’t thank you enough, you were all truly amazing. We can now retire and continue to try (hahaha) and plan to finish our home in France.

Used Apex to sell our home in Aberaman recently and the service we received was outstanding. They regularly updated us on how the sale was going and worked out of hours to guarantee us a sale. Best agents around by a country mile. Thank you all. Tony james, Brook St.
