Nice spacious place. Nice selection of work out equipment. Staff are friendly. Parking easy. Got a nice choice of classes which are included in your membership. Refer friends or family and gain discounts. **Update after 5 months** Still a nice Gym however it feels like the place is getting too small now. Too many members at peak times. (Maybe time to buy the building next door??) Expansion needed!
Great Gym, great Staff, virtual classes are cool, and being 24 hour makes it super easy to go anytime!
A very good gym that fits all of my fitness needs! They have all sorts of different machines for cardio and weights, along with a freeweights section. There's a room where they hold classes which you can sign up for, but if the room's free you can choose video work outs and try them out, watching on the screens. You frequently see the gym getting cleaned so it's always spotless. The staff are always helpful and the personal trainer there is great. It's a very good place and being open 24/7 is very helpful!
Im trying to become more healthy and am having fun doing it. Its abiding by Covid regulations...always clean and friendly staff
