Personally love this place although I haven't been here for a long time, I have left my membership active since I really do love where this gym is located and staff are always welcoming and friendly face to face, I even made a friend or 2 within the team. I have always recomended this place and got them new members......However, when it comes to online communication and real customer service, they are really unprofessional. When trying to cancel my girlfriend's membership they gave me a hard time, charged for extra month for no reason and very unprofessional communication... Recently they increased my direct debit, when I asked why they increased it, they ignored my email. I am really disappointed, I wold have thought, being one of their customers since first few months of opening and still an active member, I would have got treated a little better.
@anytimefitnessbedford my experience with anytime fitness is absolutely poor. Before joining the club I advised I would only join if the had pacific equipment which I was lead to believe they were getting. A couple months down the line still no equipment also never any real space to use the tools and generally atmosphere was dead. I was not motivated at all no satisfaction for my money. I cancelled and money was no longer being taken then at the end of 2018 they took 119 out of Xmas money I saved in my bank refusing to give it back saying I signed up for 12 months, why would I stay if I am less motivated than when I started due to not having what was promised. This company is terrible no support or communication throughout or real understanding or true reason for taking my money other than contract. I would never recommend anyone to join unless you have money to burn aka be stolen by these people.
The punch-a-tron cardio machine was amazing! Perhaps the best anytime fitness my wife and I have visited so far?
