I've known Katy for a number of years but hadn't let on my fear of exposure on the hills, and how it makes me feel for scrambling/climbing. She did a very quick 5 minutes with me. I must admit I didn't expect it to help! The other day I climbed Aonach Eagach Ridge and did not get the sick feeling in my stomach or feel stuck to the spot. Yes I still had parts I needed help on but that was because I couldn't reach or see footholds, not for how I was before. I know there is no way I could have considered this without her help. I would have turned back and missed out on a fantastic experience especially doing the pinnacles. Thank you so much for your help Katy

Before I started the sessions with Katy I was really down, anxious and depressed. After the sessions I am feeling so much more positive about life and the future. I have suffered for years and I now feel like I have the tools not just to cope but to start enjoying life again.

After suffering for years with anxiety I was recommended Katy and her Hypnotherapy treatment. This was new to me and I was slightly sceptical of this. After one session I was already seeing the difference in how I approached my anxiety. After 4 sessions I now know I am in control and have the tools to combat and learn to live without being controlled by anxious thoughts.
