Ordered some alloys last week and they arrived within the 5 working days as told. Everything was pretty smooth. The only thing for next time would be, if Performance Alloys could send a tracking number / shipment email just to confirm delivery times ETC. Thanks to Jason and the team for helping throughout the ordering process.

Auto Shenanigans

Poor communication and do not notify you of stock (or lack of) at the time of order. 2 weeks in and I am still to receive the complete order and I've had no contact from these guys, it's all been on me to chase and find out what's going on. This is the second order placed with this company and both times they've been disasters. Last time, after complaining about the same scenario, we were told \We'll take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again\ well... it did, in the exact same way, meaning you've taken nothing on board and made no changes to what is clearly a flawed way of working.
