I just wanted to say a big thank you to the lady who served me this afternoon. I came in with an issue that made me uncomfortable to talk about and she gave me some great advice and showed great service. I didn't get her name as there was no name tag, but she was young and long brunette hair. I want to pas on my thanks for being so helpful :)

Brilliant staff Handy to get to
This has got to be one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever been to ! It needs to be better managed from my observation. Appears to be lots of staff but very long queues ! Staff are lovely when you eventually get served .
I never met such a disorganised pharmacy. There could be 5 to 10 people waiting and nobody about then All of a sudden 4 or 5 appear. I have waited 15mins and longer to be served. I'm not the only one. I'm sure the staff are very nice but they need 2 people for scripts only and 2 for serving other customers.
The staff are very good, but they never ever have what you need, gets very frustrating after a while
