Came here for convenience since I live less then a minute drive from this place. Not coming back here again. Make sure to my friends and family are aware of it as well. Google should consider to take the 5 star ratings to negative as well. If the business wants people’s money, they should perform at that level.

I'm surprised at negative reviews here. I have used Antoine's Service a few times and have to say the service has been very good from car inspections to tire repair the other day. Friendly and quick service!

The people working at this shop are the rudest people I have ever seen. I went in for an inspection sticker . Upon leaving, I realized I didn’t have my registration. When I called to ask if it was at the shop, the worker got snippy and said no it’s not here. He didn’t even check. The next day I called to ask a different person. It was there and when I went to pick it up, the worker started yelling at me to “sit and wait”. All he had to do is say someone will be with you in a minute and show some courtesy. I will never go back to this place again. I have also witnessed them yelling at other customers in front of people.

First and last time here! Had a free inspection from a dealer I recently purchased a car from. It wasn't worth the hassle. Business doesn't have signage designating it's the place you are looking for. An older gentleman saw the card given me by the dealer for the inspection. Another man did inspection and wasn't very gentle with my vehicle. Said I needed a headlight (not specific on headlight or bulb). I said no. I would take care of the light. Got a failed sticker. Then he said I needed to pay for the inspection. I told him about the card from the dealer and that it was a free inspection. He yanked my keys from the ignition holding them like a trophy. He's yelling at me saying I should have given him the business card before the inspection. What's the difference before or after? Would the inspection have been different? The other man told him to redo the inspection and bill dealer for the light. There was no reason to yell at a customer because of not seeing a business card prior to the inspection. The first man was easier to deal with and polite but I wouldn't go back. Noticed this business responded to my post...6 weeks later! They fixed the headlight the day I was there in July and assume charged the dealer as the older gentleman stated. With the headlight fixed my car passed inspection and received a sticker. Obviously this business has some issues.
