Restaurant is stylish and comfortable. Front of house staff are professional, sociable and attentive. The food is delicious and there is good variation on the menu. The price is a few quid more than its predecessor, so it's not necessarily a 'cheap and cheerful' meal out anymore, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Durham or to those living locally, who are yet to give it a try.

i used to really like the old place but have been back twice now since it changed hands and its actually better. The best Italian food and service in the area. Excellent prices too especially the early menu. Had pizza risotto bruschetta- all excellent and great portion size. The tiramisu looks and tastes home made its amazing. manager and staff really professional and welcoming. Will keep coming back.

Excellent service and the lamb dish is the best I've ever tasted and I've tried a few. Well worth the visit. In fact, I was very impressed with my son who booked on our visit to see him. I did have to pick up the tab though :)

Great food and great vibe! It offers a happy hour set menu which is of a pretty good value too. Will definitely be back!
