It was and eggs on an experience my 1st with my soon to being my merry leave food was delicious and the drink was quite tasty the people were very pleasant.

My hosts in Everett WA took me to dinner to this lovely restaurant on the water. It sits right next to the Everett naval base. It overlooks the bay and mooring marina. We chose to eat outside as it was a lovely warm day. Service was great, appetizers Devine!!!! (I recommend the creamy, crab, shrimp, artichoke hot dip with crusty seasoned sliced French bread.) Oh, a cocktail! Anyone of them! Enjoyed my hosts, and the food and the ambience.
We visited for the first time this evening. We both ordered the Surf & Turf. One medium, one medium rare. When they came out they were both well done. There was no more moo to be had. The waitress was very nice, looked at them, took the steaks back to re-fire to new ones. While waiting, the manager brought the two steaks back to our table and very loudly stated \in the right light there's still pink on these\. I was so taken a back about why he would do that in front of other patrons, and loudly. I am not one to send plates back ever, but who eates a well done steak? I have a culinary background, those were not medium, and a stretch to even say medium well. I can deal with that. But the manager's way of coming to our table like that and saying it like that was completely inappropriate. Again, not the waitresses fault. And no big deal to get two new re-fired.But the manager just seemed like he was annoyed and we were being out of line when all we wanted was what we ordered.
Used to be my favorite spot for happy hour until the menu got significantly reduced. I understand this is hard times, but a lot of my favorite items are what got removed & I find the gluten free selection really lacking unfortunately. Hopefully things change later down the road, because I did like to come here for special occasions.
They are great. Never had a bad experience at the Woodfire. The food is always great as well as the drinks. My face is the spiked seasonal fruit lemonade. And you can't beat the views!
