Collected my first new car from here in January 2019, my salesman Mervyn was fantastic and polite and made it a memorable experience.
My Galaxy reported an engine fault en-route to Wales for holiday. I called and booked a diagnostic check as we were visiting Aberystwyth for the day. The service team did a great job in identifying and resolving the problem (turbo actuator had seized). The diagnostic was significantly cheaper than a Ford garage in Swansea. The service team also repaired, with no notice, the windscreen wiper that had failed the day before in torrential rain. Thanks to all for an exceptional service and in particular to Mike who delivered a great customer experience.
