In an area of incredibly beautiful and picturesque fishing villages, the East Neuk of Fife, Crail probably wins. Utterly breathtaking setting with amazing views of to the Isle of May. The harbour itself has some nice cafes nearby and in peak season fresh lobster from the harbour side. The Fife coastal path runs right by so there are some great walks to be had too.
Quaint little village with beautiful old buildings and a neatly tucked away harbour. Makes for a great place to stop off and explore
Beautiful place with a great coffee stop. Weather was gorgeous that day but well worth a visit and not forgetting the pottery! Not many dropped kerbs if you are disabled but with my wee scooter and a little help from hubby managed to negotiate the pavements
Probably the prettiest of all the harbours along the Fife coastal route and also very tourist friend as there's lots of shops and restaurants.
