Amazing experience. Slip into your robe and slippers on arrival, then move upstairs to chill in the library / television room. The capsules themselves were bigger than I expected and did not feel claustrophobic at all. Had to do my best to cover my tattoos in the communal shower area, but I knew that going in. Awesome location too, right next to Shinjuku Station. Enjoy!

My favorite capsule hotel so far, they have great service, everyone is very kind. There is a full SPA With Japanese showers, hot tub, and steam room. The ribs are enough with big screen, free WiFi, and many other amenities.

A fun experience if you visit Japan. Superclean place and very friendly akd helpful staff!! But you have to know that in this hotel you close your capsule only by a curtain. There's no "door" or "window"

Super clean, convenient and amazing facilities. The location was amazing - 150 meters from Shinjuku station. The capsules were big enough and well equipped.

Really good capsule Hotel. They give attention for every detail. They are really perfect. The price is little bit high, but the kitchen and the amenities will make up for the high price. Very recommended!!!

The place fulfilled my capsule hotel dreams. It's conveniently located near the Shinjuku Station, which means commuting to your destination is a matter of a few minutes walk to the station (just pay attention to the right lines to take as the same line may departs from different platforms). The hotel has an artificial bath on the second floor and requires guests to be fully naked, which is how it goes for Japan baths. There's a 'body care' area on the 3rd floor for massages, etc.

really really amazing place to stay in. very friendly and amazing staff and five stars hotel Without a doubt the best hotel experience I've had in japan. The hotel staff was really nice and spoke enough English. It's located right across the street from the station. The prices are cheap (if you go in person, don't use a booking site). The biggest package it’s called executive, I had enough space to fit my 6"2 body, and the bed was extremely comfortable!. would love to stay here again.

Very cool concept with an Capsule hotel. The facilities were superb. I slept really well in the capsule. The bed and the overall atmosphere was really comfy. In the capsule I also had a flat screen TV connected to a tablet so didn’t feel claustrophobic at all. Would highly recommend spending a night or two just for the experience!
