went in for a speedo cable and was told that i had to have my scooter paperwork otherwise i could be sold the wrong piece. Considering these pieces are very standard i was surprised and when i told the server this I was actually told off! No wonder people are turning to the internet to buy pieces for their bikes if this is the sort of service they receive. This was a classic example of terrible customer service, I guess that is what you get with employees who have no vested interest in the company they work for. Of course I went to Amazon and found the piece I needed and instead of the 23 Euros I was told I bought one for 12. Its a shame as I always try to support local shops as the internet is slowly killing the high street but this is exactly why the high street is dying...

Personnel peu accueillant, prix exorbitants, ne prend pas le temps de conseiller. Le plus important pour lui c'est le chiffre d'affaire. Attitude désagréable et hautaine ! À FUIR !
