I went there during a week and and it was quite hard to get a place as it was very busy! (victim of its own success) The café is very unique with its own architecture and decoration which gives a good vibe to the place. There are plenty of cakes, chocolates and there is even the possibility to eat savoury food. I went there for tea time so i tasted an exotic fruits pâtisserie. It was good to but due to to the popularity of the place and the price I was expecting something finer and better. Nothing exceptional, but if you fancy a good break during your stay in the town, it's a good place to go :).

Hot chocolate was decent but awful service. I have never been treated like this before. Customers who arrived later than us got served first. We were more than 2 of us and ordered one pot of hot chocolate and the waiter brought only one cup...seriously? Well, i hope that Au fidele berger will be training their staff better at customer service in the near future.

Decent hot chocolate but terrible service. Server was short and discourteous and we were left feeling discrimated against. Other people who came later were served first. There was no clear indication of what to do, whether to go to the counter to be seated and order there or seat ourselves and wait for a long time to be served. He gave us one cup and left when there was clearly more people at our table. Groups of even just 2 people got a plate of sugar and chocolate along with a cup for each person at the table. For a popular spot, the experience was as bitter as the aftertaste of the hot chocolate.

Great moment with fantastic homemade products, worth going there, even for the place which is very authentic !!

Great place to have a good desert. You can also have breakfast, their proposal or your choice. A few minutes waiting to find a table at the terrace, but it's worth it! Great hot chocolate! :)
