Edit: We bought a second car and Ryan Wiegand was fantastic to work with! Still great all around. Very happy, still a 5 star experience. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Jamal Allen was a true professional through my entire research, test drive, negotiating, and purchasing experience. He was always fast to answer my emails and and especially my many texts, as we worked to get the vehicle and price exactly what I was looking for. Completely pressure free, Jamal added his humor and knowledge to the shopping experience. Look at the picture of my RX 350 with a bow on it! This was fun, and the best part was that I got a great deal on a great car. I shopped around a lot, but this was the best deal and the best sales person to work with. My finance manager was Shawn Olsen. He also showed great interest in answering all of my questions, running all of the numbers I needed, and had great patience through my many questions as we discussed my options of financing or leasing. No high pressure sales. None. Just good information and a high tech touch table which helped me feel informed throughout the process. What a great, stress free experience. This is what all car buying should be like.
