I think zero star would have been the best. Not once and not twice the front desk people are too rude and it looks like they don’t get paid for what they do. Please avoid.

Worst place ever. Not joking these ladies at the front are really really slow and rude. Don't even greet you. Unfortunately ️ have to come here again. no other choice. Wish could not give one star.

These people don't like to work. They like to talk behind their counter and get nothing done. I've been there several times and all they do is tell me the nurses are on lunch break and to come back later even if I went in the operation hours. Terrible! Avoid!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They like to find the smallest issue to not provide their service. You can't be 5 minutes late or you would have to reschedule your appointment. If you forgot to write the date on a form they will denied their services. Anything to not have to deal with you. Thankfully I'm done with this location.

This is for the WIC department in this building. To be honest, it’s the New Years and the women who works here have the same attitude. You have to prepare yourselves when coming here in order for them to serve you. That’s what happened to me today. She was a white lady with short hair and wears glasses. Once I gave her my WIC book and ID she said “ Don’t you check your book?” The book has a place of when you have your appointment times and she did not even want to hear my explanation on why I came today. I had to come in today because of another lady who attended me on my last visit told me to come. Thank God I bring my sister along to every visit so she can witness everything. Anyways, the thing that really ticked me off is when this white lady held out my book and opened it up and kept repeating “pay attention to your book” really close to my face. I didn’t want to deal with it anymore and I had to ask for my ID 3 times just to get it back. Once I walked away, for me it’s the end of the conversation, but she still snapped back. Honestly, these women here are not professionals and do not know what customer service is.

Bad place to go!!! The front desk people are rude. The man named Gabriel who is at the front desk or (he probably lied)is horrible, he answered rude and resist as well. He didn’t want to make an appointment only because the person was speaking spanish and he’s hispanic and his accent is really heavy and thats sad. Worst place ever don’t recommend

Free school required immunizations. The wait is long as you would expect, but the waiting room is nice and the people are friendly.
