We had a lovely experience with Annan Lettings; Micheal, Gill and Leigh made us feel very looked after throughout our entire let. We met Micheal at the viewing and he helped us rent our dream flat! All the communication via email and phone was prompt, informative and friendly, and everybody went above and beyond to make our experience positive. Some Edinburgh letting agents have scammed us in the past with the deposit and end of tenancy cleaning fees etc, but Annan were reasonable and very honest which was much appreciated.

Incredibly poor service. Bought a house this company were selling. Not only did they not change the 'for sale' sign when going through the process, but have blatantly ignored repeated requests to do so, as a result giving them free advertising on a main road. Laughably amateur.

From even before placing our house on the Market Annan were helping us with advice and when we decided to place our house on the market, we choose Annan as firstly they were a local estate agent, secondly if we had any queries or worries they were always around to answer them and thirdly the whole buying and selling process flowed with no problems and we could relax and concentrate on getting ready to move. Fourthly there was no up front fees and the selling and buying fee was fixed. Very professional and would recommend them.
