Ordered my first wig from here, the 'Bettie.' I am absolutely in love! It arrived super fast and honestly I want to permanently glue it to my head. Everyone thinks it's my real hair!! About to buy every other style they offer because you can't go wrong for 30 odd pounds!!

Ordered 2 wigs. Sent one back because as soon as I saw it I knew it wouldn't suit me. Did not even take the netting off. That was three months ago. Still waiting for a refund and Claire has stopped answering my emails, even though she promised me to refund my money. I now know that this is not unusual for this company. I'll be in Brighton soon so will visit to see if I can get my money back. Would avoid Annabelles wigs at all costs as there are some better quality and nicer ones on amazon and you get the guarantee of them not being thieves. Well it's been 3 more weeks and still no refund. I have the tracking number if you want it..? I've sent tracking number to your facebook page months ago. Still no response
I have given the 3 stars for the partial refund I received without quibble. This was the full cost of wig less their postage costs. I had to return it at my own expense. I felt should also have postage refunded because their picture of the Louisa bob made it look much shorter than it was in reality. The picture depicts a neat bob with no indication of it being longer at the back. The one they sent me dipped longer at the back and the sides were sitting on my collar bone, not jaw line as depicted. Even allowing for different neck and head size this was longer than portrayed. I was told this is the correct wig as ordered and they were sorry it was not what I wanted.
I love this wig. I have a pirate night and an Abba night that I can wear this to. Totally love it. The quality is lovely and soft and the colour is bright and beautiful. Delivery was really quick and I got a packet of love hearts included in my delivery which I thought was really sweet. Thank you Annabelle's Wigs, I'm really impressed with the purchase.
