The third time in for the oil change issue but they did a great job this time. The service manager was terrific and did everything as promised. It should not have taken three trips to get it fixed but he went above my expectations by cleaning the car inside and out...it looked like new and so far, no oil is leaking on my garage floor!!

My sales representative, Drew N. was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory, product line, and was able to match me with the exact type of vehicle that I was looking for, as well as negotiate a price I was comfortable with. This was my first time leasing a new car, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I will definitely return to Suburban when my lease ends, as well as highly recommend them to everyone.
