Ghosted my husband after intake (pre-pandemic). Won’t respond to his messages. His assigned counselor has not once reached out to him. He has sent multiple messages to try to set up an appointment. They do not care at all. I did my diligence here with research and I was very wrong that this place was appropriate. Deeply unprofessional.

This place is what you might expect from UM. Arrogant therapists that seem to use group-think to accept/deny patients. Not there to help but fill quotas for funding.
