Concept super cool, the person in the spa not so much. I was just inquiring as to what the service actually was and how the fish came into the mix. I made a light joke about how I had seen something similar on a kids show and the employee proceeded to be rather rude. I was 100% planning on having the service done until I spoke with this person and I have no intention of ever going back to this place. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. You should teach your employees to have a better attitude with clients especially if they may not understand the concept of your business if you expect to draw in more traffic.
