Anker Vehicle Hire

Hired a luton van today, and I can happily say I won't use another van rental place again, service was quick and friendly, prices were better than any of the other companies, and with no hidden fees on the day.

Rang at 4pm to book a vehicle hire and was told I will be called back as they were with a customer, I said no problem and waited. Hour and 15 minutes later of waiting I call back and he apologises and then quotes me more than the website advertised by 41, I then state that's not the price you say on you're website. I then get told that the company actually went bust?! Which he then also said the prices went uo a year and a half ago but its on their new website but that also takes you to the old website?! Hmmmmm dodgy AF.

We had hired a van elsewhere but was let down at the last minute. I looked on the internet and \Anker\ popped up. I called them and they were able to help me with no fuss. The van was newer, cleaner, and a whole lot cheaper. Thanks Anker.

I hired a van from there for 24hrs. When i came to return it after 22hrs (10:30am), he told me he wanted it back for 8:30am as he had it booked for another job and I owe him 40 extra because I apparently lost him that job. I simply said no and wouldn’t of agreed to having the van till that time as I knew it wouldn’t be back. Then he started with the threats, “come round here” “you think you’re a big man” he says as I tell him for the umpteenth time I won’t be paying any extra. The threats continued as I got back into my car at one point stopping me from closing my door. Not a very nice man. Will definitely be avoiding this rogue trader

Friendly guy and van was great, will recommend and use again! In fact I'm hiring again this weekend
