Impossible to get hold of I have been with animal Trust since it first opened in Bolton, spent 2 days trying to get hold of someone as only appointment online was for a week later by day two my dog is really not right can't wait a week to see a vet, I tried the online chat nobody responds on that so that is absolutely pointless, having to take him else where. When you ring you spend a hour on hold till finally it starts ringing properly for either someone to answer and put phone down or nobody answers and the phone rings out!!! There is no excuse for this what so ever if your practice is getting such a high volume of calls you obviously can't handle the amount of clients and shouldn't be taking more on, I rang around 4 different vets and they answered with in 5mins of ringing

Where shall I start? After spending almost 750 in the last 8 days we are no further forward with a diagnosis with our dog. We paid 589 to have him hospitalised for 2nights at your hospital in Bolton. After I returned home, 1 hour later I got a phone call to go and collect him as they had no ambulance to take him. They said the cut off for ambulance transport was 4pm and I had missed it by 10 minutes. I left him at 3.15. Hot 309 refunded as they did blood tests in the hour they had him. Also you can never get an answer on the telephone. Sometimes the wait is 45 minutes. You can never speak to a vet. \They you call you back\ ...... but they never do. After 8 days and 4 visits we have changed vets. The new practice asked Animal Trust to transfer his records. I gave permission for this to animal trust and on seeing the new vet, some six and a half hours later the records have unsurprisingly not arrived. I wish I could give negative stars as the service both our dog and us have received has been disgraceful. Very quick to take money. Very slow to refund. Wouldn't ever use or recommend again. We're well shut of them
