Our beautiful pet cat went missing in December 2019 after getting in touch with animal rescue we booked in a search team after 10 days. When they arrived they were extremely professional yet understanding of our situation. They answered all questions we had and advised us on what to do to help to find our boy. They created a good media buzz too. After receiving a call from a meme her of the public to say our cat may have been spotted - quite further that we anticipated originally, we went down to see if we could find him. We managed to find someone that had seen his poster on social media and they mentioned someone who they knew that had taken in a cat matching our description. After running over to their house we were blessed with being reunited with our amazing cat! I want to say a huge thank you to the search team, the amazing call handlers and social media team as well! Not to mention our own neighbourhood and local community! This was worth every penny spent!

Sitting outside was good because the heaters make it warm however it does have a roof and windows so is more of an enclosed space, which does keep it warm however because its outside people were smoking, ended up stinking of cigarettes after being there.
