Brilliant service and will definitely be returning. From the first time we looked around I was happy that my dog would be well looked after. A very clean environment and with staff who really care. The best thing was seeing photo updates via their facebook page whilst away knowing my dog was having a good time in the outdoor spaces and play time they offer. Keep up the good work

Animal Lodge is amazing! I asked for recommendations as I needed emergency kennels and Animal Lodge was recommended, with happy furbaby parents. When Charlotte answered, she immediately put me at ease, so I packed Muffin up and off we went. Muffin has a chronic medical condition and this was no problem at all. I arrived and we went to the kennels. The whole building is immaculately clean and the environment is bright. The individual kennels are huge with outdoor under cover play/access. The excersise areas are massive. massive. I truly felt that my needs were understood and Muffin had the best care ever. I have no problems recommending Animal Lodge to anyone, whatever type of pet you need caring for. Thank you for looking after my furbaby, you are very special people indeed.
My two year old Springer has just returned from 11 days holiday at Animal Lodge. He obviously had an absolutely great time because he would have preferred to stay and play than come home with me. Thank you to Sammy and all the staff who have really looked after him, I would not hesitate to place Albo the next time we go away as I know he will be well cared for and get lots of playtime.
5 star hotel for your pets is guaranteed at this establishment, I wouldn't put my little cat anywhere else.
