Animal House Rugby is an excellent practice! Welfare of everyone's pet is clearly of paramount importance to everyone that works here. I've always received top level support and assistance. Unlike some other practices, I'd also suggest that unnecessary treatments / tests etc are avoided as and when appropriate. This helps keep costs reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Very attentive staff and brilliant with my dogs won't take them anywhere else
I've always found everyone very kind helpful and had prompt service. My animals have been looked after very well. They were very caring and sensitive when my last cat had to be put to sleep.
My family have been customers here for over 30 years and have not once left dissatisfied. Hugh Duffin has always looked at our animals and has always been amazing with them, he is calm, patient, soft and always goes the extra mile to provide an answer to what’s wrong. They aren’t money orientated, like a majority of other vets I have had experiences with and I couldn’t thank Hugh and his team enough. I will never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend, without a doubt.
Was looking for a suitable vets when I got my puppy last year, rang round a few asking about vaccinations etc and liked what I heard and that I could do a monthly Animal plan that covered wormer and flees plus vaccinations and seemed perfect. Another great thing is they send a reminder text to prompt you when anythings due. Got a lovely warm welcome on arrival. Great for parking. And my dog actually likes going. Still continued through covid calling when you arrive to collect your dog. Get a very thorough information given too. Great vets would recommend to anyone.
