Not sure why, but the chicken was not seasoned. The skin had no taste which is odd for Swiss Chalet. Chicken was good, itbis an express so Harvey's fries.

Having a poutine( way better than mcds) and jr burg. All good, only 2 complaints is washroom could use a urinal and be a bit cleaner. Also speed of service was a bit slow. Good news is you can have a beer or wine with dinner.
Wildly unimpressed. I ordered online with a pick up time in store of 7:59, arrived at 8:02 and was rudely told dining room was closed, no mention of this online. The employee's tone was uncalled for, after explaining I had placed an order online for dining room pick up I was told to go through the drive thru before the door was closed and locked in my face. After repeating my name via drive thru 3 times I was asked to pull up where I had to give my name again. Was told to pull up and they'd bring it out when it was ready. Had to tell the employee (same name-tagless employ from the door) that I had not yet paid, she was unaware. After paying I asked for a reciept, was told it would be delivered with my food. She then brought out an order about 5 minutes later, confirming my license plate number but with the order for the car beside me. 8:23 the order was brought out. No name of the employee on the receipt either.
Fast service, good job.
I 100% understand restaurants reducing their hours during Covid-19. What I don't agree with is the timings not being changed on Google. I was working nights and based my timings for my lunch around the opening time from Google only to find out they stopped taking orders at 730. Please change the timing on Google
