We have been with scotia for many years, more recently the new branch in Angus. We have been dealing with Chelsea and do not regret changing to this branch. She has always been very professional, helpful, always promptly returns our emails and calls. She is always ready with her professional advice and suggestions which we have welcomed and followed and do not regret. Thank you Chelsea!!

After having a meeting with bank representative, I was told that I was preapproved for a line of credit to help purchase a property. After a week I was informed that I did not qualify as the Scotiabank will not recognize the CEWS Wage Subsidy Program as income. Interesting how that income is paid by my employer and currently pays my bills. Luckily, I was able to pull the funds needed from other places to complete the deal. Don’t bother wasting your time & energy on Scotiabank. They are not in tune with today’s economic situation. Not impressed!

Nice people with terrible customer service. The supervisor does not care about her clients at all. They will take your money without a second thought and never look back.

Sad I couldn't see my money for nearly 3 days. And a promised 2 month service charge refund which I never asked for was never put into my account. Not sure I'll be banking with Scotiabank anytime soon. There new location is horrible and not thought out one bit. Hours are nearly impossible to do anything, it's much more worth being apart of something much more accessible!

Chelsea is nearly imposible to get ahold of. She does not answer emails or return phone calls and does not follow up on what we have asked her to do. It would also be of benefit if the Scotiabank dress code would be respected. I am changing branches.
